Who we're looking for
Character first. We can teach lender policy.
- You explain complicated things simply, without talking down to people
- You'd rather tell a client an honest 'not yet' than write a hopeful application
- You're comfortable owning a file end to end
- You follow up before you're chased
- You care how the work is done, not just whether it settled
Experience in broking, banking or lending operations is valuable but not essential for every role. Tell us what you've done and what you want to do next.
