Services disclosure.

Last updated July 2026

This page explains clearly what Finstac Pty Ltd does and does not provide, so there is no ambiguity about the scope of our services.

What we provide

We are a finance and mortgage broking business. We provide:

  • Credit assistance for residential home loans, refinancing and investment lending;
  • Commercial property and business finance broking;
  • Asset, vehicle and equipment finance broking;
  • Self managed superannuation fund lending arrangements;
  • Business advisory in relation to finance structuring, cashflow and funding strategy;
  • Buyers advocacy services where separately engaged.

What we do not provide

Finstac Pty Ltd does not provide accounting services, taxation advice, audit services, or personal financial product advice (such as advice on superannuation products, insurance products or investments).

Where your situation raises tax, accounting or investment questions, we will say so and work alongside your existing accountant, tax agent or financial adviser. We do not replace them, and we do not charge for their work.

Business advisory: scope

Our business advisory work relates to finance: how borrowing is structured, how funding fits your cash cycle, and how to prepare a business for a lending or sale process. It is general commercial guidance connected to finance, not accounting, taxation or regulated financial product advice.

General advice only

Any general information we provide does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Consider its appropriateness to you, and obtain professional advice where relevant, before acting.

Regulated and unregulated lending

Consumer lending is regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). Most commercial, business and some asset finance is not, which means different protections and disclosure obligations apply. We will tell you which framework applies to your finance before you proceed.
