Stuart Forsyth

Stuart brings four decades of experience in law, tax and superannuation to his role as Finstac's Advisory Chair.
He began his career at the Australian Taxation Office as Assistant Deputy Commissioner, before moving into the SMSF sector, where he served as Independent Chairman of SuperConcepts, AMP's SMSF administration and software business, for eight years until its sale to private ownership in 2023.
Over his career Stuart also served on the boards of several ASX-listed companies and private family offices. He now brings that director-level governance and strategic oversight to Finstac's leadership as the business grows across lending and advisory services.
